I attempted to call to get an issue with logging into MySpanishLab resolved, as I depend on it for my Spanish II homework and exams. Nobody answered, and I just got a message saying my call was unable to be completed. It felt frustrating, and I hope my email to them works better. User's recommendation: I recommend just emailing them, as their customer service line did not work for me.
