Used for yrs without prob. Won't load 2018 return. the prep fees and Fed tax owed both went thru. No taxes efiled. Spent day trying to get thru on phone unsuccessfully. Finally got a return call and she couldn't help because she was out of time. Tech Support never called back. Emailed. No answer. Don't know what to do. Last time I use TaxAct.
