Used light, wrong size!

I ordered a chandelier light fixture from 1-800-Lighting/Capitol Lighting online. I received a "used" light - by which I mean damaged, discolored, with 4 of the "spokes" missing. After installation, I discovered that it also was not the correct light, it wasn't 32". I called and emailed twice. Finally talked to someone. They basically said "too bad" since I installed the light - despite the fact I emailed them 8 pictures. I am in the middle of a big construction project ad the light person installed it since I did not remove the light The company also said it was impossible it was "used" - despite the fact I sent the pictures of the box. At very least, it was up in someone's showroom for quite awhile then. No resolution - just disputed with my AMEX and hopefully they help.
