Used Camera Nightmare

I am APPALLED by the used department. I've received not one, but TWO broken Canon Mark III cameras. The return process for the first broken camera was a nightmare and I was constantly calling trying to figure out when the new camera was being delivered (not to mention the extremely inconvenient required signature situation). After waiting weeks for my situation to be cleared up (not ideal for a full-time photographer), I was sent ANOTHER broken camera. Now I'll need to rent a camera elsewhere until I am refunded (which according to them can take 5-7 days under return review, then an additional 3-5 with my bank). Once I receive my refund, I'm taking my money elsewhere. I would NEVER EVER recommend b&h to anyone.
