Bought an item, Did not like the fit , quality of material was below what i excpected for the price. Called discussed with Customer Service and said and did all the right things......Decided to return and received the appropriated RMA. Re-packaged as it was delivered. Scottevest rejected return claiming the product was A. Worn, B; dirty C stained. Never again will i deal with this company. If you choose to deal with this company I would document every aspect of the process with detailed pictures. I have found a better alternative and am actively wearing it....
