shut my power off a day early. (with no notice mind you) then when i went to pay to turn on they said i have to pay 400 dollar security deposit ?I called on a monday to make arrangments for a friday payment. Well i got sbut off that wensday. When i asked why i got shut off i was told i couldnt of talked to an employee and it was outside agency ? Now i realize why im getting 10 calls a day from solar companies. People are sick of the double talk and gangster like tactics.This is exactly what this is . They know people need heat and power in New England winter ! So we will bang em if there down ,shut em off and pork em with more fees !!My other problem is why sbut off so quick when a day late with payment ?????
