As a realtor with 20-plus years experience I have never had a mortgage company or Bank which was worse in communication and customer service. loan for the purchase of a home should take about 30 days. We are pushing 60 and still not closed. Client came to me with a pre-approval from this lender having already submitted all documents prior to going into contract on a house. Inexcusably bad customer service. Lack of communication has been horrible throughout the whole process.
