Central tried to deliver a shipment and it looked like trash. We attempted to get the product off the trailer but the pallets were in such bad shape we could not get under them. The pallets were leaning on the wall to hold them up and product on the floor. I tried to tell the ugly talking dispatcher that if he took them back and restacked them we would take the shipment but he want to raise cane and TELL me I was going to take it. Think he needs to reminded who the customers are and how to talk about thing in a professional matter.
