Very expensive and unreliable. Company acts like they are doing you a favor even with a contract. Our company had paid on our maintenance contract for two years. When we had a breakdown we were told they wouldn't work on our unit because they didn't like the condition of the machine room. Nothing had changed in two years except we needed repair. Management came and refused to honor the contract. We had to go to upper management to come to a resolution but not before having another company fix the problem. I consider a contract a promise. Hard to want to do business with a company that breaks promises.
