Usave car & truck rental franchise opportunities are not opportunities. In fact, it can be more like a giant cluster. The parent company for usave, Franchise Services of North America is in and out of bankruptcy and has many litigations pending. The U-Save Car and Truck Rental franchise has very little to offer and in our opinion, a total waste of money. Their reservation expense is horrific and unaffordable. The company is undercapitalized, hence the bankruptcy. Recently, the court threw out their bankruptcy because the company did not have proper authority to file the bankruptcy. Franchise Services of North America is still trying to get the company back into bankruptcy. We believe this is highly unlikely to happen and the franchise parent company will be consumed by their litigations with Macquarie Capital and other litigations.
