I have worked in govt hospitals in Mumbai and came to UK for a short period of time for advanced studies/research. I am currently stuck in UK due to the pandemic and the 2nd wave is fast spreading and also a new strain of Virus is worsening and so no flights to India !! I have to file my Income tax return in 3 days time and e-verify it using my MTNL Dolphin mobile but it has no International roaming. I can get Whatsapp texts. Could I sincerely request CEO Mr Sunil Kumar Ji to kindly approve and activate my SMS text reception so i can get OTP here in UK?
