URGENT: My husband is a structural engineer. While driving under the LBJ Tollway between hwy 75 and I-35 he noticed diagonal fractures on all bridges over the TexExpress Lanes. In some places we saw work had been done to patch the cracks with concrete. This will not work. If one bridge goes down, it will ripple like a domino effect. Many people will die on LBJ and LBJ Express. Please pass this on to upper management.
