[URGENT] INDIEGOGO ACCOUNT PROBLEM!!

Update by user Apr 20, 2020 I keep sending requests to Indiegogo to clarify the reason for the account shut-down; however, they are refuging to answer to my requests. Today, I sent another email to their customer service again to the same email address and the below message is what I received from them. Indiegogo message:We're sorry. You've written to an address that cannot accept incoming email. If you have questions about Indiegogo, please contact us at www.indiegogo.com/contactNotice that this is the same email address that I have been used and I even received the first reply (although they did not clarify anything in the first email) from this email address! They are now trying to disregard their customer's email!! Original review posted by user Apr 16, 2020 Hello, Below is what I wrote to Indiegogo today. It explains everything that happened and our concerns about this issue. Sincerely, Dear Indiegogo Team, Our company made a campaign last month. However, when we tried to log-in to our account on the 13th of April, we found that our account was shut-down and now we cannot do anything about it. According to the email received from Indiegogo (Brian), that Indiegogo made this account shut-down. The problem also lies that this account deletion was done by Indiegogo without any notification from Indiegogo before they processing it. Now we are seriously concerned because there were backers who ordered our perks, or there is money collected from backers. They are waiting for their perks to be shipped!!! We have to deliver the promised perk to them or at least have to explain to them what happened here and what will happen to their money. Unless Indiegogo is trying to hide and swallow up the money collected from backers, please reply to us as soon as possible. We have three inquiries regarding this issue. 1. Please specify which terms and policies our campaign did not comply with so that we do not have to make the same mistake. 2. Also, wouldn't it be reasonable if Indiegogo had made a notification about the account deletion before processing it? Please explain to us why there was no notification before this happened. We are totally upset. 3. In addition, there are many backers who made contributions to our campaign and are waiting for the perks to be shipped to them. Tell us what will happen to the contributions in this case. At least we have to explain to them what happened here and what will happen to their money.
