URGENT dealer problems and cannot get answers NEED HELP

Sorry I have to sought out someone this far removed from the situation but I am out of cards to play I need help, I took my bike to Bayside Harley Davidson in Portsmouth VA back May for some repairs due to hitting a deer. Im going to give you the short version and will be willing to answer anymore question or fill you in further if you can help. It took 3 weeks to get an estimate then told me if my insurance mailed them a check they would go ahead and order parts to get the ball rolling. So I had the check mailed, roughly a week later they called and asked me to come sign the check I went the next day. When I signed it I talked to Don the service manager and asked how long the processes would take he replied 8 WEEKS I said really well about 7 now because you already ordered the parts correct? He said no they dropped the ball. well without being nasty I reminded him they were not building a house just fixing a motorcycle he laughed at me and I left. I did not bother or continue to call I waited my 8 weeks actually nine and I received no phone calls, So Friday evening I called well then the mess started, first the guys said he didn’t know my bike was there then he told me they were still waiting on 2 parts but could not tell me which 2 parts, then I asked have they even started on my bike and they could not answer that, than i asked how much longer will the repairs take and he stated he could not tell me . He said they would try to reach out to see when they might get the parts. I asked how come nobody reached out to let me know there was a problem, he said he didn’t know why. So I got off the phone and went home and thought about it until my blood is boiling so I emailed the store with my issues and asked that someone reach out to me with answers someone higher up because I think I have been treated unfair and very poorly from a business stand point. Someone texted me later and said they were not the person but the guy was busy and would call me in a few mins. Well the next day came and no one called so I texted that number back and said, Well I see that email was useless and that they were quickly showing me what their customers mean to them. He responded, Nobody called I said no he said I will call you as soon I as I am done with my customer. Needless to say I still have received no phone calls and no answer They have had $6500 and my bike since May and nobody can answer my questions or do they care to I am furious and don’t know where to turn. These are not my only complaint with this dealership but these are the ones I need rectified. I didn’t even mention when I dropped my bike off for the estimate and told the service manager I thought something was bent in the front end he looked at me and said No that’s probably just in your head, So I dint even have any confidence that my bike will be fixed correctly and or safely so I really just t want to call my lawyer and my insurance company and figure out my options here. I would appreciate any and all help you could provide. Im trying not to resort to that. Very discouraged customer Jeff Day (757) 535-****
