I reserved my truck 1 month before I needed to use it. I paid in advance requested where I would like to pick it up. I was told the truck was in Belfast, Maine , I had to drive over 2 hours just to get the truck and then turn around and pass the city again. I had to change everything included items I would like to take back to Texas.
