Upset with “management” and personal treatment

This company is a joke. I ordered 5 masks on April 3rd; their website states "5 Day Turn Around Time!" The product never arrived. I called to follow up after waiting 2 weeks and was told that my order was "in production" and that "it takes 14 working days to complete my order". I called two weeks later and got the same run around. Another week, called again, was told that the masks were "in production"? Another week, called again..."oh, we have a short staff due to Covid 19". Another week went by and I cancelled my order and demanded a refund; was told it would take "14 - 20 business days to get your refund"! These people have no right to run a business. User's recommendation: Don't be a future customer!
