Upset with drop fee charges

2

Update by user Jan 08, 2021 Nothing has developed at this point, but providing information Original review posted by user Jan 06, 2021 I know you probably will not respond to my concern, but I will send it anyway. My son rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a one way travel and the drop cost from Michigan was $476.67. His destination was to Sarasota, Florida. On his return trip he went and rented a Jeep from Sarasota and travelled to Farmington Hills, Michigan, and they tried to levy another $467.67 fee. The cost at Sarasota was $200.00. My questions are why such a difference between the two states ($476.67 vs. $200)? Second, are drop fees mandatory. I used to rent vehicles from you and your competitors. I never paid a drop fee. I am going to check your competition to see if they do the same. If they don't, you lost two customers and I will let other's know. Concerned customer
