They decided to cut off the internet service to a senior care facility in the midst of the shut down. Their only concern during this time is the money. After all the additional expenses to get masks,gloves,gowns,shields,paper products.....etc, had to shell out more to these guys in order to operate the facility. User's recommendation: Find another company if possible. They are the only player in town here so we are trapped!
