Upset none customer that’s been charge with out a subscription

I just spoke to a customer service about charges that showed in my account that I didnt authorize and she said that my credit card was removed from their files about 20 minutes later I look at my recent transacción on my card and another cheese for 48.00 is there I need this issue resolved ASAP
