My fiancé became a member at planet fitness and two weeks after joining our local PF changed their hours from being 24hrs to closing earlier. He already has a membership at LA Fitness but decided to get a PF because he works nights. They refused to waive the cancellation fee even though the hours changing had nothing to do with the pandemic. The manager stated the hours change because this particular PF wasnt making enough money. So essentially he had to pay $80 to planet fitness (membership fee plus cancellation fee) which is ridiculous!
