Upset at lack of resolution

We purchased a ninja foodi on Black Friday 2019. Tried to cxl the order 3 hours after the initial order. They said no. We then went to return the item after they sent it and couldnt find any return options. So we paid to mail via usps to their return center. Cost us $68! So we are now out $268 total. They claim they never received the return. Have called multiple times over the last year. Exasperated. User's recommendation: Make sure you want their product. If not you’re gonna be stuck w it.
