UPS lost my bumper supposedly

Ordered a rock crawling bumper May 2, 2018. On May 7, 2018 I was told that UPS had lost it and they didnt have any more. They showed 20 in stock when I ordered it, and they said they can't get another one at the moment and didn't even offer a phone call. They did refund in a timely manner, but I think it would be hard for UPS to lose such a part and after reading reviews on the web about them i really wonder. My purchase was made through Amazon which may have helped on the refund end of things
