Update still no response

I have not yet had any response to my three emails that I sent over the course of a few days more than a week ago WITH THE EXCEPTION OF a request to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey! You can guess how that went. In short, I took advantage of the offer to transfer my DNA results from Ancestry and subsequently purchased a DNA kit (and received it) to be able to see my Family Connections. This is too short according to the error message so I'm filling up with more words (not a wordy person usually). Will try calling 23andme but hesitant to incur any further expense.
