In September, I posted a complaint on this site about Nightingale EMR. Two days ago, I had a business meeting with Nightingale Informatix Chief Executive Officer. He was a very co operative friendly man who appreciates good business. He explained to me some technical points about the system, offered his help to resolve my issues with Nighingale and came up with some ideas to make the system work better for me. I will be working with him to resolve these issues. I will continue to use Nightingale system as it has been working well lately. I would like to drop the complaint against Nightingale. Dr. Sabouba
