On June 17th I was denied your rental car due to your employee not accepting my legal court divorce papers and name change that match my bank card and credit card. My identification had all names except my maiden name didn't fit on the identification but if scanned it shows up. I up to today still haven't had a response from economybookings.com your third party booking company or dollar rental in response to my 28 emails. Today I contacted economybookings.com and was denied a supervisor. I have contacted BBB and an Attorney which is at very least a breach of contract. I have yet to hear anything from either company and my authorization hold for over 900 is still on hold and have yet to be released. I will be contacting and writing to the Attorney General of Texas the Texas Bar Association. Amongst others and I will be airing you for at minimal breach of contract emotional distress and punitive damages as well as attorney fees and court costs. User's recommendation: Don't rent from here stay away at all costs.
