Worst product I've ever known! This company doesn't have a legit warranty, they argue that the customer created the issues even when customer is willing to meet and discuss. Forget about customer service, you'll be forced to drive your less than a year old product to their factory and given the old run around when you get there! Spend your money on a company that stands behind their product, not some startup joke that says they have the best customer service. Matt Arnold who is the owner, can't even deal with conflict, he hides behind his employees when you call to speak with him, you get passed to someone else and they email you saying he won't be answering. I hope other customers who own look/pace american products owned by look trailers of Middlebury, IN have looked over the roof, axles, and main components as I'm sure other trailers are just as *** as mine is! Sad I had to resort to posting negative comments after weeks of trying to resolve this peacefully. Improperly welded hanger and factory installed screws creating leaks.
