Unsuccessful appoinment!


I have been trying to schedule an appoinment for my parents who are senior citizens. Everyday for the past 7 days I am trying to schedule for them but unfortunately when I get to the window of Payment, nothing happens and it totally freezes. I carefully follow and aware that we have to use yahoo or gmail but eventually I dont receive anything even from spam/junk. And if i repeat the process of filling out the forms, it will just automatically says applicant 1 has an existing appointment! User's recommendation: Be more patient.
