Unscrupulous fees

I was billed $14.97 on June 6, 2019, after being told that Haband VIP Plus was free. I , also, was not reimbursed on my return shipping of ,$9.99, on my returned item on my May 10, order # 985****, which was billed to my Ally checking account on May 31,2019. I was not, reimbursed, as promised.
