Unsatisfying Customer Experience

The customer service department contains some very condescending, passive-aggressive, and childish individuals. Emmanuel C. in particular, not only did not help with my questions or attempt to solve my issue IN ANY WAY, but this person also repeatedly talked to me as if I were something less than a human being... my accounts were suspended because I created both a shipper and carrier account. I didn't know they had a policy that states users can create only one account... sometimes people need to operate in both a shipper and a carrier capacity. I certainly did not deserve to be treated badly and dismissed and disregarded because I made one small mistake... I even offered to delete one of the accounts. Emmanuel C did not care and did not help. User's recommendation: Do not use Uship - especially if you will need assistance from customer service.
