Unsatisfied with my visit

Most of the rides all malfunction. We got stuck on the top of the ride and we had to take ladder down. We were there for two hours, after that everything went wrong and we just left. We're on vacation and it was very disappointed. We spent nearly 600 dollars, we didn't even get to enjoy it and when I called customer relations, they don't even offer to give me free passes That was the worst experience ever!!!
