I placed an order for 2 Silver bullet water hoses in mid June 2020. After making a couple of calls to you regarding my order, I was advised that my order had been cancelled. This was not only done without my permission, but I did not receive a refund on my order. Eventually, I was told that someone at your company cancelled my order by mistake. After clearing this issue up and placing another order, I have been calling you guys every two weeks. On each call the operator advised me that it will be another couple of weeks before I get the water hoses. Today I spoke with Operator Glen who advised me that AGAIN it will be another 2 (two) weeks. I understand that COVID19 affected some orders and that you guys are behind in getting the orders out. What I DONT understand is that I keep getting the exact response EVERY time I call you..its going to be another 2 (two) weeks. I dont believe that there is not at least ONE person at your company that can tell me when my order will be shipped! After reading some information on your company, I see that you have a good score with the BBB. Either this is an error or youre just giving me the worst customer service ever! Im not sure how this writing will affect my order but, I will be reporting it to the BBB. As of today, it has been 108 days since I placed my order. I believe that I have been more than patient with your company and its to NO AVAIL! I do not need you to respond to this and tell me..it will be another couple of weeks. What I need to know is WHEN I will receive my water hoses!!!!! Respectfully, Leslie D.
