Unsatisfatory Product-Take Action Immediatly

My name is S.L Amberhood Stalin from Chennai, I am regular customer of your product, i have bought your product(Refrigerator-ICE BERG) before 2 years, its under its Guarantee period, From the date i have purchase i am facing many problem like 1. Cooling Problem 2. Closing the top door(Not closing properly)3. Freezer Cooling (Its not getting ice Cube) The cooling problem acquiring simultaneously and foods are get damaged and i have tried to book a complaint, At first There was a fair response on your side but for the past 1 year their is no quick response, And the telephone number also dead. I have told to replace the Product in 3rd service but your service persons have not take it seriously, Now the Product is totally damage. The Front door Support is broken the top hook pin is broken,The door can not be fixed, This is how you satisfy your customer, This is not fair on your way. i need to rectify the problem in 24 Hours or this problem will take it in account to face a drastic consequence.If this product is not get cleared within in mentioned day , I need to book a complaint.
