Unsatisfactory support

I have been an iPage web site user for about four years. My site is www.cliniac.com. Recently I asked for assistance on a very key issue ... their server mechanisms DO NOT WORK to pass key email sent data from a user to me (i.e. data form filled out by site user, encoded with communications header, and emailed via accounts on my web site to me.) Their support people are NOT AVAILABLE to resolve or help what would seem to be simple and customary issues. When you call support you get very very junior folks who basically know nothing. I'm about ready to leave.

If you are actual Representative of iPage you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
