I am currently attempting to get my friends Thermospa tub working, it needed a new control board which they purchased, now it needs to be adjusted to the specific configuration (optional pumps) that were insalled at the factory. A good customer service organization would have preemptively programmed the controller for the customer, but not ThermoSpa, after two weeks of calls with several techs (each call requiring an average wait time of a half hour), I received 4 different sets of instructions from 3 different techs, none of them worked. One of the techs told me that this is what happens when you're troubleshooting, being an equipment engineer most of my life I couldn't resist explaining the difference between troubleshooting and standard installation, this is when he transferred me back to the original tech I started with who doesn't return any calls. I choose a Sundance spa myself 15 years ago for myself because I heard how bad this company was, but now I'm seeing for myself. If you're considering a new hot tub, stay away from this company! User's recommendation: Don't waste your time contacting this organization.
