Unresponsive order fulfillment

Sent them money order for large order which was cashed 14 Nov and they established my order from the manual forms which is dated 17 Nov. I had a notice of partial shipment on 29 nov after I asked them for this action. But since then-nothing has happened. For two weeks I used chat and email to try to get answers and last week an email reply said they were processing a refund of the unused money from my money orders. Since then I tried 4 times but chat does not work-no operators avail. No response to email I sent last Friday. I cant cancel the order because their system will not allow a processing order to be cancelled but I cant get any definitive shipping info either since I cant get their chat system to work. They do not answer phones so can only hope and prey that my email from last week gets answered. But even if it does- likely it will be the same old song and dance about my order is processing and they are behind. User's recommendation: Do not send them money orders!
