Unresponsive customer service after shipping wrong items

Ordered 7-piece patio dining set May 5. Finally received shipment June 19 but it was the wrong items. Clearly the company's fault as the order confirmation clearly stated what I wanted. Cannot talk to a live person due to pandemic, according to the company. They have sent two form email replies stating how busy they are but no helpful information about when they are coming to pick up the items they shipped or ship us the correct items. Meanwhile, we cannot use our garage space because the items shipped are sitting on a pallet in the garage. Very frustrating. User's recommendation: I cannot speak to the quality of the furniture because we have not received but their customer service response is horrible.
