Unresponsive and not reachable after payment

I have made the payment for the registration of a private limited company, now I need to get few queries answered w.r.t. to documents, they are just not ready to speak to me. Their standard reply is “we’ll call you back” or “speak to your RM”. As a practice, they are supposed to appoint a Relationship Manager after the payment, but now they are saying that we have shortage of RMs, hence not assigned to you. Wow…then why are they accepting new payments if they don’t have people?? So I have made the payment and I’m just stuck. They want me to speak to my RM, but won’t even appoint one as they are short of RMs….amazing!!!
