I am a subscriber to Waste Management trash collection services since moving to Delaware 3 years ago. Never missed a payment, tip my sanitation guys very generously on holidays and even know their birthdays, never thought about changing services until now. Its going on...

》 Past posting of WM billing problems that was resolved by WM, but still have problems with City failing to pay back collect paid Money to my property tax
