After I filed my complaint with POC, I received a call from "Vroom Executive" within days. They promptly setup my payments for the vehicle I purchased but STILL HAVEN'T paid off the vehicle I traded in. I'm about to make my 3rd auto payment on a vehicle I don't own or have in my possession. Further, they are responsible for coordinating the permanent plate for my new vehicle. The temporary plate they provided expires this coming week (inconveniently while I will be out of town traversing my children during their spring break). Their service and coordination is absolutely a nightmare. Do not purchase a vehicle or trade in a vehicle with VROOM User's recommendation: Do not use VROOM!!!!!
