Unreliable, Rude, Unprofessional, Disorganized

I rang to specifically book a morning pickup & was assured they could do it. They did not arrive so I called for an estimated time & was met by an extremely rude employee who hung up on me, I rung several times & each time they were rude, and had no idea what they were doing. An urgent 10am pickup turned out to be a 3pm pickup!!
