Unreliable rogers ignite and worst customer service experience

Have had nothing but terrible and unreliable ignite wifi and tv service since installed 6 months ago. Wifi continues to cut-off at random times throughout the day for no reason. TV box has video and no audio and audio but no video on a regular basis. Have to re-boot modem numerous times throughout the day. Have swapped modem couple of times and tv boxes. Customer service ordered a new tv box and then de-activated current tv box at the same time without letting me know that would happen so need to wait until new tv box arrives. Customer service is horrible User's recommendation: DO NOT GET ROGERS IGNITE TV OR WIFI. AVOID AT ALL COST.
