I recently signed up. They missed two delivery dates back to back. I was on replenishment, left two bottles out and they left me 6 !!! All so they could tack on deposit fees. I called and they had no idea why it changed but confirmed it was an error. Someone would be my to pick up extra bottles. Then nothing until I got a bill over $100 2 days later.Complete incompetence. I am calling to cancel tomorrow.
