Unreasonable loan payoff, call hold times, lies

I have paid in full a loan, trying to get Title. Paid wire transfer, and prepaid fedex. It is now 10 days and they keep me on hold sometimes over an hour to get thru. A person tells me each day will be sent tomorrow. Even a supervisor. Still do not have. This is unacceptable. I would NEVER do business with these people again
