During this time of COVID-19 when everyone is adjusting, don't expect Turnkey to make any commendations. One week before our family trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico the Governor issued a 14 day required quarantine for anyone traveling to the state. None of us could risk being trapped in New Mexico for that length of time. I knew my options to cancel or receive a credit had passed but reached out to see if the cleaning fee and damage coverage could be refunded, with the understanding we would not be entering the property. Not a chance. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, buy beware!
