Unreasonable cancellation fee

My booking was from 08/03/21 to 08/06/21. Before I checked in I got notice from the Baymont that they canceled my bookings on their side without my agreements. They guarantee that there is no charging fee. However, I was charged $89.00 for some reasons. I consult their customer service team and they told me I would be refund within three business days. but I didn't receive my money. I called them again and they will call me back later, however, I still didn't get any feedback. I tried the third time tried to call them, at this time they told me they couldn't check my payment history???. Yesterday when I tried to call them, the hang up my phone, very rudely. It is obvious they want to block my contact. It is super terrible experience and they don't show any respect to customers. Please do not deal any business with them.
