We looked at a property that was abandoned and foreclosed. Asking almost 50k. House needed to be gutted if not totally demolished. Sent an offer, much lower than asking price due to condition, and they said the best they can do is 100 dollars less than asking. Uh, no thanks. And after the hail storm that just blew thru I bet it is all wet inside, making more mold.
