The staff at the regency location is rude and very unprofessional. Young lady preparing food threw an order on the counter and rolled her eyes at the person whom the order belonged to. I am not sure if they understand how business works. They run the customers away they have no job. As much as I love the chili, I will not return nor do I recommend anyone to order from this location. User's recommendation: If possible try another location.
