Unprofessional Voicemail

I have several voicemails from the Rocky Mount NC associate. First and foremost I have a hearing impairment. Second the person voice was so low and they spoke so fast you couldn't understand what she was saying. Perhaps she should not be the one leaving the messages. It's time to get back to some professionalism.
