Wait until last possible moment to inform client they over booked. To many people in vechicle. I called them four times the day before my appointment to verify my times. Each time they said someone will call you. I waited just for them to tell me they left a message. I would never use or recommend First Transit to my worst enemy. You also need to check dispatch attitude. Thank you.
