hello, CLAIM NR# 119**** my vehicle is sitting at the dealership since 6/1/21. buick dealership in st. petersburg, florida contacted your company numerous time, waiting an average over 20 minutes and no one answered. per your request i sent you all information you requested regarding my vehicle. still no answer. today is 06/07/21. this is beyond unprofessional. I purchaseD you PLATNUM warranty for $ 3700 and this is a treatment I get ? shame !! ad 727-385-**** User's recommendation: AVOID AA SHIELD !!!!
